Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
